As an active, growing church, Lighthouse Baptist Church is always seeking support from members and the community at large to fulfill the physical and financial needs of the church and associated facilities. We strive to administrate these needs according to God's will. There are several ways in which you can participate in the support of Lighthouse Baptist Church:

Building Fund

Lighthouse Baptist Church is a growing church that serves the southwest area of Jacksonville, NC. In addition to offering services on Sunday mornings and evenings, and Bible study on Wednesday evenings, we are proud of our community outreach programs for young people.

Our building is available to local community groups such as the Boy Scouts of America, and we host activities such as a fish fry, oyster roast and Trunk or Treat. Over the years, we've developed quite a reputation for not only being a loving, all-inclusive house of worship, but also a strong community partner in times of need.

This growth and outreach has resulted in the need to begin the next phase of our church growth - a 500 seat sanctuary. This will enable us to accomodate the increase in Sunday School attendance and worship services, and make better use of our church campus facilities. We are actively seeking donations to our building fund in order to finance this project. As a 501(c)3 organization, we will provide a tax receipt for all donations.

We need the support of our members, as well as the benevolence of community businesses and individuals to help us reach our goal. Is there any reason why you

Tithes and Offerings

We are evaluating the implementation of online giving as a method of submitting your tithes and offerings. Your transactions will be credited to your church records. You can use your PayPal account (if you have one), or any of the major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover).

Donations

The Church accepts food donations as needed to replenish the pantry. Contact Bobby Bell or one of the other deacons if you have food items you wish to donate.

In-kind donations of household/office items will be considered as they serve the needs of the Church.
